In Abu Dhabi, foreign ownership applies in designated investment zones (confirm with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre); in Sharjah, in development areas and projects approved by the Executive Council, so confirm the specific project. In Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, foreign ownership is limited to designated areas and projects; confirm the title type with the emirate's land department before paying. Readiness labels are general: individual buildings and phases differ.
