Buying or selling here is a big decision with real money and real consequences. Helping someone get it right, avoid a mistake, or simply understand their options is the part of this work I enjoy most. It's also why I'm comfortable telling a client to wait, or to look elsewhere.

I'll tell you when not to buy.
No guaranteed returns, no invented urgency, and no calling every property a great investment. If the price is wrong, the timing is wrong, or the property doesn't fit what you're trying to achieve, you'll hear it from me first.
